Your quote shows everything you will pay: the part, freight, delivery, and sales tax where it applies. Nothing is charged after you pay. If your address needs a residential or limited-access delivery, we tell you when we quote and include it then, never after the part has shipped.
Your part is dispatched within two business days of your payment clearing. How long it then takes on the truck depends on which yard holds it, so we give you the transit time with your quote.
Engines and transmissions travel by freight truck, crated to our shipping standard. You don't need a business address or a forklift. When we quote, we ask whether there's a loading dock or a forklift where the part is going. If there's neither, we arrange liftgate delivery at no charge.
Every shipment needs a signature when it's delivered. This isn't optional. Signing is when you record any damage, and that record is what a damage claim rests on.
Damage in transit is a claim with us. You never have to claim against the carrier or deal with the yard. See Warranty & Returns for how claims are decided.
If the part isn't the one on your invoice, or something on your invoice didn't arrive, call or email us with your order number. It's handled as a claim with us, the same way as damage. If the part has to come back, we authorize the return and pay the freight; see Returns.
We don't offer pickup. Your part ships from the yard that holds it, and you deal only with us.
Sales tax is applied where required by law.
If you pay a deposit, it's fully refundable until we confirm that your part has been pulled and is ready to ship. We'll tell you when that happens. From then on, the deposit is non-refundable.
