Refund Policy

At OEMTRONIC, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

General Refund & Return Guidelines:
  • No refunds will be issued on special-order parts under any circumstances.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Labor charges are non-refundable and are not covered under any return or warranty policy.
  • Any product used for commercial, industrial, or abusive purposes will automatically void all warranties and refund eligibility.
  • All deposits and booking amounts are collected in good faith and are strictly non-refundable.
Order Cancellation & Restocking Fees:
  • If an order is cancelled for reasons not related to product performance, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
  • If an order is cancelled after the item has shipped, the 30% restocking fee applies in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
  • If a customer refuses delivery at the time of arrival, the 30% restocking fee applies along with both outbound and return shipping fees.
Warranty Claim Procedure:

In the unlikely event that your engine block, cylinder head, or transmission is found to be defective, please follow the process below to initiate a warranty claim:

Required Documentation:

Please email the following to: policy@oemtronic.com
(Subject Line: ATTN: Warranty Claim)

  1. A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a Driver’s License or State ID.
  2. A detailed diagnostic report from a Certified Mechanic, clearly describing the issue.
  3. Photographs of the suspected defective component.
  4. A copy of the Certified Mechanic’s credentials and their business contact information. (Please note: the Certified Mechanic may not be the purchaser.)

We will contact the mechanic directly to validate the documentation. OEMTRONIC will then assess whether a replacement part will be issued or if the defective part will be accepted for a return and refund.

Important: Shipping charges and labor costs are not covered under any warranty.

Returned parts must be complete and unaltered. Any part received with missing components or unauthorized modifications will be rejected.

Policy Updates:

OEMTRONIC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy will always be linked in your order confirmation email.
