Standard Warranty
All parts purchased from Oemtronic come with a standard 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal usage conditions.
We source our OEM parts from certified salvage yards across the United States and subject each unit to rigorous quality control procedures before shipment. If a part fails due to a defect within the warranty period, Oemtronic will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the terms below.
What is Covered?
- Defective parts due to workmanship or material faults
- Premature failure under normal use within the warranty period
- Parts damaged in shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
What is Not Covered?
- Parts improperly installed or altered after delivery
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues not affecting function
- Labor charges or installation costs
Important: The warranty is valid only when the part is installed by a certified professional mechanic or auto shop. Proof of professional installation may be required for warranty claims.
Extended Warranty Options
We also offer extended warranty plans on select engines, transmissions, and other powertrain components—especially for units with fewer than 100,000 miles. Extended warranties may be added during checkout or by contacting our customer support team. These plans provide additional protection and peace of mind for up to 6 or 12 months.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee on eligible products.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 15 days from the delivery date
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging
- Items must not have been installed, modified, or damaged
- Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping
Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical and electronic components
- Custom or special order parts
- Any part that has been installed or used
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Returns due to customer error may incur a restocking fee of 15–25%

Shipping for Returns
Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective part). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Fitment Guarantee
We strive to provide accurate fitment information based on the vehicle details you provide at the time of purchase. We guarantee fitment only when the correct vehicle information (VIN, year, make, model, engine size) is provided. If the part does not fit due to an error on our side, we will replace it or refund the full purchase price.
